Follow these steps to activate your XpertEye account based on your user type:
For Free users:
After subscribing, you will receive two emails:- The first email contains your login information.
- The second email contains your password. Use these credentials to log in and start using XpertEye.
Tip:
If you can’t find the email check your spam folder.
For Enterprise users without SSO:
- During the onboarding process, you received your credentials from your AMA Technical Account Manager. If you encounter any issues logging in, please contact them for assistance.
For Enterprise users with SSO enabled:
- Use your company credentials to log in to XpertEye. For any login issues, please reach out to AMA's Support team.
