1. Introduction

The thermal camera module for the RealWear Navigator™ series is a dual-sensor module that integrates a 48 MP optical sensor and a FLIR Lepton® 3.5 thermal sensor. It allows seamless switching between the visible and infrared spectrums to capture thermal signatures from the environment.

Designed for hands-free operation, this module connects directly to the RealWear Navigator™ 520 and Z1 smart glasses, offering an immersive and intuitive experience for inspections and diagnostics in industrial environments.
