Setting up a meeting with XpertEye is fast and flexible.
Start by naming your conference, then easily add participants from your XpertEye address book or by entering their email or phone number. Schedule the meeting by choosing the date, time, and duration that fits your needs.
The options allow you to tailor the experience even further: choose the language for the invitation, set up a recurring meeting (daily, weekly, or monthly), and enable "Guest Confidential Mode" to ensure that guests cannot download media exchanged during the call.
The invitation link is sent in ICS format and can easily be saved in any calendar application.
