The XpertEye Chat feature allows you to exchange messages with your caller before, during, or after a conference, making it easy to share quick updates or additional details in real-time.
How to use the Chat feature:
- To begin a chat session, select an online contact from the Contacts tab. The display will automatically switch to the Chat tab.
- Type your message and click the send icon to send it. When a message is received, the recipient will hear an audible notification.
Key features:
- The chat history is displayed beneath the contact name and remains available until the user closes the XpertEye session.
- You can download chat conversations after the call ends by enabling the appropriate setting in the Settings menu, End of call options.
- When receiving a chat message, a clickable notification will appear, allowing you to open the chat window directly.
- You can disable chat notifications in the Settings menu.
This feature ensures seamless communication alongside video calls, whether for quick notes, clarifications, or follow-ups.
