My smart glasses won't start
If your smart glasses are not turning on, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Use the power adapter supplied with your XpertEye kit to connect the glasses to a socket.
- Charge the glasses for at least 15 minutes.
- Attempt to turn them on by pressing and holding the On/Off button.
