Does XpertEye comply with data protection requirements

With XpertEye, protecting your personal data is a top priority.

Our solution complies with leading global privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), ensuring your data is handled securely and ethically.

Key data protection measures:

  • Encryption technology: XpertEye uses advanced encryption protocols, including:
    • HTTPS with TLS 1.2 and 1.3 encryption and 256-bit AES keys.
    • DTLS-SRTP 1.2 with TLS 1.2 and 1.3 encryption for secure real-time communications.
  • Azure protected infrastructure: All data generated during XpertEye calls, including images, videos, documents, text, and annotations, is securely stored on Azure’s protected infrastructure, enabling AI-powered intelligent reporting and collaboration.
  • User autonomy: Users can access and share their data easily within their organization and can delete their data at any time. For added security, the Confidential Mode prevents guest users from saving media on their devices.
  • Data sovereignty options: For clients seeking greater control, we offer integration with their own cloud storage solutions, allowing data to be stored on their infrastructure instead of AMA’s servers. While long-term storage is enabled by default to support AI-driven reports, clients can choose to disable this feature, though it may limit AI-enhanced reporting capabilities.

Privacy & Security commitment: AMA maintains strict data security protocols. Neither AMA employees nor third parties have access to customer data. Even AMA’s technical support team cannot access video, audio, or text streams unless given explicit configuration access rights by the customer.
