# My capture card is not working

If the LED light on your capture card is blinking when connected to external video sources, this indicates an **insufficient power supply**. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

#### 1. **Check the power source**

- Ensure that the capture card is connected to a reliable power source.
- Use either: 
    - A **wall plug charger** and a **USB hub**.
    - A **power hub** for portable charging.

#### 2. **Charge the device**

- Connect the power source (wall charger with a USB hub or power hub) to the capture card and connect your external video source using the appropriate cables.
- Assure the capture card's LED light is permanently on, indicating sufficient power supply.

You can maintain uninterrupted operation with your external video sources by ensuring the capture card is supplied with enough energy.
